Avoid the packet loss --- Please pay attention to the details of packet operation
(1)General packaging requirements:
1.1Weight not more than 2kg
1.2 The sum of Length, width and height should less than 90 cm, the scope of longest diameter is from 12 cm to 60 cm.
1.3 Address and the recipient country should be write clearly, some confused country have to specify. Such as Austria (Austria), Iceland (Iceland).
1.4 Address Labels should be sticked right on the central region of packages.
1.5 The packets must be added the Hong Kong's return address.
1.6 Barcode of registered mail must be sticked on the address side. Paste smoothly in order to read conveniently.
1.7 The over pack shouldn’t have other character, such as the other address, product descriptions, etc.
1.8 Return address should be sticked on the upper left corner rather than the back of the mail. Avoiding deliver to Hong Kong directly.
1.9 If using the original box, the high-value goods (such as Mobile phone, MP4) will be untreated and spend more fees by some countries.
1.10 Fragile goods should be properly packaged
Note: The address and bar code should be covered by transparent plastic adhesive tape in order to prevent wet, abrasion and shed. And avoid the situation that the packets can not be delivery or other problems happen. (In actual operation which we receive the return step ,the main reasons are the wrong address.)
(2)Filled in the declarations:
2.1 Fill in the goods detail in order to prevent unpacking by the Customs and Excise Department and through customs quickly. (It is shouldn’t declare the gift and electronic in some countries, especially Italy, Spain, South America (such as Brazil), etc. For example, MP4 can be written as MP4 1pcs for gift.

(3) .Print address labels:
3.1 Print and paste the address in the package directly, do not need to fill in waybill.

3.4 The recipient address and country should be write clearly, some confused country have to specified .Such as: Austria(奥地利),Iceland(冰岛)
(4)Rejected
4.1 At direct returned mails, the registered can be return, the unregistered can be ruturn in according with our company’s barcode if printed through our system, the mails which printed by themselves also can be return in accordance with the sign in the declarations.
4.2 If receive client’s return, the clients should return the address and sign their recipient’s name on recipients column. And remark the mailing or our company’s barcode. Clients should return the original package.
4.3 For some mails which do not meet the above conditions, our company will treat regularly in according to the recipient name, country, and verified goods.
4.4 For the no co-operation mails, our company will express to return without paying the fee.
4.5 Our company have obligation to retreat the client’s mails, but do not guarantee 100%.

5.1 Registered mail can be traced on
www.hongkongpost.com. Hong Kong Post Office treats the mails on 1-3 days before departure. The procedure is acceptance, treating, departure.
5.2 Some country’s mail can be inquired on the destination’s website. It is can be connected by HK Post web. Or land the following web:

5.3 For the mails which are suspected missing, please apprise the mail number, full address, good name to our company as soon as possible. The client service staff opens the E-mail file to inquire between 2weeks to 3months.
For the mail which be affirmed missed by Post, it will gain the compensation (320 K dollars) and spend 3 months.
For the signed mail, the Post will notify our clients in the form of correspondence after sign, contain sign time, consignee, address, it will spend from 2weeks to 3months.
5.4 The non-registered packets can not be queried. If print address by our system, the treat schedule and record can be queried, but can not be tracked and compensated.
Achieve well the above details, it will control effectively the packet loss and retreat, and can ensure the retreated packages receive in time.
