9) All kinds of obscene publications, promotional materials and printed materials which endanger national security and social political stability.
10) All kinds of goods which prejudice to public health. Such as bones, animal organs, body parts, the hides without denitrification system, the animal bones without pharmacy,etc.
11) The goods prohibited to circulate, deliver, entry and exit by National laws, regulations, administrative regulations. Such as the state’s secret documents and information, national currency , counterfeit currency and securities, simulated weapons, control tools, precious relics, endangered species of wild animals and their products ,etc.

12)The goods which packaged wrong, endanger the person safety by any possibility, pollute or damage other delivery mails and equipments.
13)The goods prohibited to deliver and import by the recipient country.

Article II  The treatment of prohibited articles on delivery service business.
1) Finding all kinds of weapons, ammunition and other items, Enterprises should notify the public security department immediately to treat, evacuate people and maintain the site. At the same time, inform the state security organs.
2) Finding all kinds of radioactive substances, biochemical products, narcotic drugs, infectious materials and potent poison, enterprises should notify the anti-chemical warfare and public security department immediately to treat by contingency plans. At the same time, inform the state security organs.

3) When enterprises find all kinds of flammable and explosive dangerous goods, the treatment as following, do not to accept on acceptance section, stop to forward on the turn section, stop to deliver on delivery section. The dangerous goods should segregate to store. The hazard-prone dangerous goods should be notified to the public security department and informed the state security organs, and then take measures to destruct at the same time. The pollution, if it is necessary to eliminate, should be reported to the health and epidemic prevention department. Other dangerous goods may be reclaimed by the sender before deadline. The inner non-dangerous goods should be re-organized and re-packaged , and mail with supporting document or draw by recipients.
4) Finding all kinds of obscene publications, promotional materials and printed materials which endanger national security and social political stability, Enterprises should promptly notify the public security, national security , the Press and Publication Department to deal with .
5) Finding the goods which prejudice to public health and perishable goods, Enterprises should inform the sender to reclaim before the deadline, or destroy on the spot if it is can not notify the sender to reclaim.

6) Finding the goods which packaged wrong, endanger the person safety by any possibility, pollute or damage to other delivery mails and equipments, Enterprises should inform the sender to reclaim before the deadline on acceptance section, handle properly according to specific circumstances on turn or delivery section.
7) Finding the goods which are prohibited to entry and exit, Enterprises should

hand over the Customs and Excise Department to deal with.
8)  Notify the relevant government supervision department to treat on other circumstances.
